Jamaica qualify but only just for 4x400m final at World Relays – finish second

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Due mainly to a fantastic 44.01 seconds final leg from Javon Francis, Jamaica’s 4x400m (men’s) team, which also included Javere Bell (46.78), Rusheen McDonald (46.39) and schoolboy Nathan Allen (45.80), finished second in heat 2 in a season best time of 3:03.08 minutes at the World Relays Championship currently taking place in The Bahamas, to qualify for the final scheduled for tomorrow evening.
