YOUTH ministers representing 15 Commonwealth Caribbean countries and territories, including Jamaica, last week pledged regional action to encourage young entrepreneurs, stem youth unemployment, development strategies to promote the safety and security of young people, and allow greater input in policy making from people aged 29 and under, among other things.
