Yesterday's Sunday Observer column by Mark Wignall, entitled 'Should Karl Samuda retire to the political tar pits?', contained statements regarding the alleged intimidation of JLP voters with a view to preventing them from voting in a general election in which Mr Samuda won his seat in the St Andrew North Central constituency on a People's National Party ticket.
