Bills to replace Privy Council with CCJ tabled in Senate
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Minister of Justice Senator Mark Golding this morning tabled the three Bills seeking to replace the traditional Judicial Committee of the Privy Council (JCPC) in the United Kingdom, with the 10-year-old Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ).
