The National Works Agency (NWA) is advising that to faciliate the 17th staging of the Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Awards on Thursday, May 28, 2015, between the hours of 4:00 pm and 10:00 pm Kingsway Avenue will accommodate only one-way traffic heading in a northerly direction towards the intersection with Devon Road. All vehicles departing Devon House will be asked to make a left turn from the Kingsway Avenue gate. The NWA and the Observer apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your co-operation.
