KINGSTON, Jamaica - Chairman of the Tivoli Commision of Enquiry David Simmons on Wednesday said he found it "hard to accept" that Deputy Commissioner of Police Glenmore Hinds wasn't made aware of Christopher 'Dudus' Coke's movement on the day he fled Tivoli Gardens in May 2010.
