TIVOLI ENQUIRY: DCP says no breakdown in command during operation
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Deputy Commissioner of Police Glenmore Hinds testified Thursday that he was satisfied that there was no breakdown in command and control during the May 2010 operation in Tivoli Gardens to apprehend Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke.
