MINISTER of Tourism and Entertainment Dr Wykeham McNeill was chair of the 100th session of the United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO) held in Rovinj, Croatia, from May 27-29, making Jamaica the first English-speaking Caribbean country and possibly the smallest to be entrusted to guide these deliberations.
