NWC says water supplies in some parishes still 'vulnerable'

THE month of May did not bring with it the amount of rainfall the National Water Commission (NWC) had expected, and with two major dams -- Mona and Hermitage -- now at the halfway mark, the water company fears many parts of the country is still in a vulnerable water supply situation.
