A member of the Jamaica Defence Force Coast Guard (right) and a civilian use poles to guide pieces of sponge thrown into the Kingston Harbour to soak up oil accidentally leaked from a fuel line that supplies a generator at the Digicel headquarters in downtown Kingston on Tuesday.
