RETIRED Lieutenant Colonel Andrew Sewell yesterday denied knowledge of allegations of murder and other excesses by his men in Tivoli Gardens and flatly refuted evidence by a female resident of Tivoli Gardens that soldiers forced her to lay face down in the dirt during the May 2010 operation.
