PROVIDENCIALES, Turks and Caicos Islands -- The economy of the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI) could not do without the contribution of its expatriate community, particularly Beaches Resorts which is "the single largest contributor to our tourism numbers", said Finance Minister Charles Washington Misick.
