Transport Minister urges hackney taxis to adhere to law until amended
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Transport Minister Dr Omar Davies is urging hackney carriage operators to adhere to the existing law and condition of their road licence until amendments are made to the Road Traffic Act, allowing them to carry four passengers instead of three.
