KINGSTON, Jamaica — Water Minister Robert Pickersgill today announced that water restrictions are now in effect for Kingston and St Andrew, as a result of the reduced distribution capacity of the Constant Spring/Hermitage System, Mona and Hope Water Treatment plants.
