Taxi operators say they are being ‘muzzled’, threaten action

KINGSTON, Jamaica – The Transport Operators Development Sustainable Services (TODSS) is calling on Minister of Transport Omar Davies to intervene in the current impasse between seven-seat route taxi operators and the Transport Authority, after a decision to change their road licence – reducing the numnber of passengers they can carry from six to four.
