KINGSTON, Jamaica – The Organisation of American States (OAS) said Thursday that they intend to send a special mission to the Dominican Republic and Haiti to gather information on the situation of Haitian migrants in the field, and, following its analysis, to prepare a report for the secretary general of the hemispheric institution, Luis Almagro.
