TRELAWNY, Jamaica – The Appeals Tribunal of the Access to Information Act instructed that the Port Authority of Jamaica (PAJ) release documents related to the Falmouth Cruise Ship Pier in Trelawny, to the Jamaica Environment Trust (JET). However, the order has been denied, pending legal action.
