The fence built by operators of Highway 2000, in the vicinity of Kingston Container Terminal, has been cut by people who have refused to use the overhead bridge to get across the busy Portmore Toll Road. People have been hit down while trying to cross the toll road and the fence was put up as a safety measure. (PHOTO: GARFIELD ROBINSON)
