Police preparing file for DPP in shooting of ex-US Navy officer
THE police say a file is being prepared to be sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) in the case where the Jamaican-born ex-United States Navy officer Trevor Jones was allegedly shot and paralysed by a security guard on the Portmore Toll Road earlier this year.
