MONTEGO BAY, St James -- Minister of Tourism and Entertainment Dr Wykeham McNeill has proposed that reckless drivers whose vehicles slam into any of the 797 lights that were installed at a cost of $271 million, here along the Elegant Corridor, should absorb the cost to replace them.
