Gov't says 'buyback funds will reduce debt ratio by 10 per cent'
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Ministry of Finance and Planning says that the US$2 billion raised by the government in the international capital market last month is expected to reduce Jamaica’s debt to GDP ratio by approximately 10 percent.
