Gov't said helpless in continued detention of J'can in Qatar
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade says the continued detention of a Jamaican who is awaiting deportation from Qatar, following the completion of his sentence, is outside the control of the Jamaican Government.
