St Lucia extends sympathy as typhoon batters Taiwan
CASTRIES, St Lucia (CMC) — The St Lucia government yesterday extended sympathy to Taiwan after Typhoon Soudelor battered the Asian country over the weekend, leaving at least seven people dead, several others missing, and more than 400 injured.
