ALL eyes are on the first hurricane of the season now swirling out in the eastern Atlantic Ocean, but, for now, sections of Jamaica remain gripped in the throes of an unmerciful drought, forcing those affected to make do with the little the National Water Commission (NWC) allows under its severe restriction regime, supplemented by what a lucky few may have managed to store.
