Chairman of the Medical Council of Jamaica Dr John Hall presents Dr Abigail Morris, the top graduate of the Faculty of Medicine, Mona, with the inaugural Chairman's plaque donated by the Medical Council of Jamaica. The historic award made at the recent graduation exercise, is given to the number one medical student from the three campuses of the University of the West Indies -- Mona, St Augustine (Trinidad & Tobago) and Cave Hill (Barbados).
