On March 8, 2010 and March 9, 2010, respectively, the Chat newspaper published the articles "Artiste fears for his heavily insured life" and "Who ah try kill the artiste". The articles erroneously gave readers the impression that Arrows Recording Company Limited and/or its duly authorised representatives conspired, or were conspiring, to do physical harm, or to have physical harm done, to I-Octane.
