TIVOLI ENQUIRY: Residents tipped off authorities on gun locations
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Jamaica Defence Force Lieutenant Colonel Jamie O'Gilvie this morning testified before the Tivoli Commission of Enquiry that a number of weapons were found in West Kingston thanks to tips from residents.
