TIVOLI ENQUIRY: Many men who died in Tivoli were imported, cop testifies
KINGSTON, Jamaica — A police inspector testified in the Tivoli Enquiry Tuesday that residents said they couldn't identify a number of the men who had died during the May 2010 operation to apprehend Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke, because they were imported.
