KINGSTON, Jamaica — Opposition spokesperson on health Senator Marlene Malahoo Forte says Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller’s decision to transfer Health Minister Dr Fenton Ferguson from the Health Ministry to the Labour Ministry sends an “unequivocal message” of party ahead of country.
