Campaign to clamp down on delinquent road users launched
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Transport Operators Development Sustainable Services (TODSS) and the Jamaica Association of Transport Owners and Operators say they have launched an aggressive campaign to clampdown on motor cyclists who continue to flout the law.
