KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Jamaica Manufacturers’ Association (JMA) says the actions taken by Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller following the deaths of 19 neonates from an outbreak of two bacterial infections at two of the island’s major hospitals, have not adequately addressed the situation.
