KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Kingston and St Andrew Corporation (KSAC), pleased with the high volume of vendor registration in its three major arcades, plans to promote the Constant Spring Arcade and the Pearnel Charles and Redemption arcades downtown to shoppers, as the ideal places to shop during the Christmas holiday season.
