THE National Water Commission (NWC) has now paid over the $27 million it owed the National Works Agency (NWA) for repairs to roadways it dug up to fix pipelines. However, the agency has not given any guarantees that it will rush to fix the numerous road cuts which continue to be a hazards for motorists and pedestrians across the island.
