ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica – The National Works Agency (NWA) is advising motorists and pedestrians that a section of the Malvern to Southfield main road between Munro College and Chelsea Hill in St Elizabeth, will be temporarily closed on Thursday, November 19, between 10:00 am and midday.
