THE Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) says regional heads of statistics have signed a declaration here to reaffirm their commitment to generating good-quality statistics for monitoring national public policies and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which was approved by 193 countries at the United Nations (UN) General Assembly in September.
