Senior Clarendon cop wants agriculture wardens trained to help combat praedial larcen
Head of the Clarendon Police Senior Superintendent Fitz Bailey is proposing that a cadre of agriculture wardens be trained to tackle praedial larceny, given limited powers and placed in communities with high incidents of farm theft.
