NEPA puts brake on approval of over-water structures
THE National Environmental Planning Agency (NEPA) has put on hold approvals for all over-water structures as the Minister of Water, Land, Environment and Climate Change Robert Pickersgill makes a decision on whether or not to develop a policy or guidelines to guide the approval process.
