RM orders cops to charge or release murder suspect
A Spanish Town man, who was taken from his bed in the wee hours of December 16 and kept in custody on suspicion of murder and shooting with intent, may be reunited with his family for Christmas following a court order that he be charged or released by 5:00 pm Tuesday.
