(Reuters) - Lions Gate Entertainment Corp, the studio behind the "Hunger Games" movies, on Friday won the dismissal of a lawsuit claiming it defrauded shareholders by concealing a U.S. regulatory probe into its effort to thwart a hostile takeover by billionaire Carl Icahn.
