Finance industry movers and shakers, business professionals, and legal eagles gathered poolside at the Terra Nova All-Suite Hotel last Thursday evening for the Scotia Private Client Group-hosted cocktail reception. The event — aimed at both celebrating their clientele and officially welcoming the new year — saw attendees enjoying aperitifs and canapés, whilst saxophonist and flautist Ian Hird, backed by keyboardist Alex Martin-Blanken, set the tone with jazzy musical interludes.
