HAMILTON, Bermuda (CMC) — A Bermudian man who suffered a life-threatening illness has expressed his “happiness and relief” after the Bermuda Hospitals Board (BHB) was ordered to pay nearly half a million US dollars in legal fees after it lost an appeal in the London-based Privy Council.
