KINGSTON, Jamaica - Following a lengthy emergency conciliation session at the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, representatives from Caymanas Track Limited (CTL) and workers represented by the Union of Technical, Administrative and Supervisory Personnel (UTASP) have agreed to resume work on a phased basis beginning this morning (Tuesday, February 9, 2016).
