ST THOMAS, Jamaica — A large crowd of green-clad party supporters began converging at the Rudolph Elder park in Morant Bay, St Thomas way ahead of the arrival of the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) candidate Delano Seiveright who was duly nominated at 10:50 this morning as the party's standard bearer for St Thomas Eastern in the upcoming general election.
