ST ANDREW, Jamaica — People’s National Party PNP) leader Portia Simpson Miller arrived a short while ago at the Greenwich Farm All-age School in her St Andrew South West constituency to complete the nomination process for the February 25 election day. Simpson paid her nomination fee three $1000 notes. "One Michael Manley, two Michael Manley, three Michael Manley," she said as she handed over the cash. She was then handed a copy of the voters list.
