The Angels to Linstead Leg of the north-south link of Highway 2000 was opened to motorists on Monday. The Jamaica Observer’s Javene Skyers on Monday stopped by the Angels Toll Plaza to hear what motorists had to say about their driving experience on the new section of the highway.
