KINGSTON, Jamaica – Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) Deputy General Secretay, Audley Gordon, says that planning for the 2016 election debate "turned on its head" after People’s National Party (PNP) Campaign Director, Dr Peter Phillips, joined the discussions earlier this month.
