CASTRIES, St Lucia (CMC) &mdash; The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court is reporting progress in reducing the backlog of cases on its files while decreasing the number of prisoners currently on remand at the state&rsquo;s main prison &mdash; the Bordelais Correctional Facility.
