KINGSTON, Jamaica &ndash; Human rights groups, Stand Up for Jamaica (SUFJ) and Jamaicans for Justice (JFJ), in a joint statement yesterday, expressed concern about what they say appears to be a move by Minister of National Security Robert Montague to revive the practice of capital punishment in Jamaica.
