KINGSTON, Jamaica — Opposition Spokesman on Mining and Energy Phillip Paulwell says the recently announced movement of the cost of electricity by nearly 13 per cent this month and the upward movement of petrol prices of nearly 40 per cent at the pump since the imposition of the new tax threshold, is more than self-fulling prophesies.
