Tivoli Enquiry Report: JDF says use of mortars under review

KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; The Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) yesterday said that having conducted a preliminary review of the Report of the Commissioners of the Western Kingston Commission of Enquiry 2016, the findings and recommendations with respect to the use of mortars are under review.
